The stirrups confused me a little and the girth fit a bit differently in style than other australian saddles I've owned, but once I figured both those pieces out I'm in love. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars and was very comfortable when I sat in it on a saddle stand ... *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on June 21, 2018* The saddle was gorgeous, seemed very well made, and was very comfortable when I sat in it on a saddle stand to test it's fit for my bum. I ordered a size 20 because I wanted extra room and I also wanted friends who are larger to be able to use it as well. Unfortunately it was too wide for my Drum Horse. She is wide for a Draft breed, but the gullet was just wide enough that even with a bit extra padding at the withers the saddle rocked forward a bit. If your horse is very flat backed with no withers this would be a great fit, and the saddle is definitely comfy. My only real issue with it was that it didn't have the pully, just two straps for the girth, which isn't typical of an Aussie saddle from what I've researched. I am newer to the Aussie style so I could be wrong, but the Aussie girth I had originally bought from Down Under Saddlery to fit my horse would not have worked with this saddle because it had the strap that goes into the pully, and not just two buckles on the one side. That's the only reason I'm giving it a 4 star instead of 5. I had plenty of friends who would have bought the saddle from me if it would have fit their horse.
