I leave mine plugged in all the time. In fact, I took it out of the box, plugged it in and that's the way it's been to date. Having dual 10” woofers gives it pretty good bass. I use it on the patio, and use it on full volume. I can safely say it doesn’t have 3400 watts, but again decent for the price. The ac port lists 110-240 volts at 60watts. Bluetooth range is better than expected. The back panel is a bit rattley. You can feel the air escaping through every opening in the back. I put some tape over the as card slots and the USB port where a lot of air was escaping. When the speaker is on without any music playing a noticeable buzzz can be heard, but you can’t hear it when the music is playing. Fm reception was less than great.
