Overall, this was excellent at sitting snugly across my waist, without being a nuisance or too heavy. However, fitting my phone in it (iPhone 11 pro) would’ve made it impossible to have anything else in there, and made it pretty heavy against the waist while running, so I used my phone armband instead, along with this across my waist. It held my ID, credit card, keys, and 5 energy gel packs easily. Pros: - easy to use adjustable strap - fit keys, cards, and 5 energy gel packs easily - easy to zip and unzip while running - did not feel like a nuisance or distraction while running - grippers on the back kept it from slipping or falling up and down as I ran Cons: - hard to fit an iPhone 11 Pro and any other item along with it - putting my phone in it made it heavy and a little bit uncomfortable across my waist - it is a small pouch that stretches, so be careful with how much you try to fit in it!
