**Q: Will these block sun enough?**
A: Yes they do block the sun but blow all over the place when windy.

**Q: I have ordered these twice. They are supposed to have grommets but instead they have Velcro tabs. Do these actually come with grommets?**
A: Mine came with grommets.

**Q: Are these actually waterproof? A couple of reviews say they don't do well in the rain...**
A: Not sure if you can classify them as "waterproof" but ours have weathered several very bad storms already and are still looking beautiful!

**Q: Would these help with privacy day and night?**
A: Just pictured, you can still see through but it does give you some privacy
