Chef Snow's sauce was fresh and bright and I thoroughly enjoyed the flavor and will definitely be ordering again.A little background on me: I'm from New Jersey. I think people from NJ have an advantage in that it is a place where cuisines from around the world can be sampled (simply because it is the first stop of many of the people from around the world who come to this country). So, while it may be a little boastful, I think NJ people more than most (with the *possible* exception of NYC / Staten Island / Brooklyn residents) know their Italian foods.So, from this NJ born and bred boy ... it was good stuff. Try it. I think you'll agree.The only complaint I have was with (one of) the inferior products that went into making it.The label says that it is made with "California Grown Tomatoes". What a pity. Everyone knows the best tomatoes are grown in NJ.Ahh ... I can't ding him for this one oversight, though, even with inferior California produce the stuff's quite good. :) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Clean lines, clear primary colors *by R***D on Reviewed in the United States on December 20, 2015* Loaded up and bursting with the aromas of fresh basil, parmesan, and real tomatoes (the kind you grow at home, not the watery things from the grocery store). It's like the heady blast of a good putanesca but with cleaner lines, and clearer primary colors. I don't usually expect much from packaged food, but I may have to recalibrate my expectations, because this stuff really raises the bar. Yum!The other sauce varieties from Thoughtful Harvest didn't disappoint, either. The Sun Dried Tomato and Rosemary has a nice tang, and again, the aroma of the sun-dried tomatoes just defies what you think they could reasonably cram into a package.
