**Q: Has anyone found these to be good for barefoot running? One of the images does have a guy running...**
A: I would personally prefer more cushioning if I was running in these but that's my preference. I don't run barefoot unless on beaches at which point I would not wear any shoes.

**Q: Would these be any good for running?**
A: No,they are more for the beach and water shoes,not enough support for running but excellent for keeping on whilst swimming.

**Q: Can these be used for water rafting?**
A: Very versatile. I've worn these travelling, walking, swimming, snorkelling, hiking waterfalls, kayaking, white water rafting. They have been great.
