A: No, it's a separate piece

**Q: Would you pair this dress with a short petticoat?**
A: You could but it comes with a couple of layers of material under the dress to give it a little bit of a lift.  The skirt is full so if you did want to add the petticoat it should work out fine.

**Q: I'm 5'4 and 99lbs what size do i get**
A: Hello, I would estimate that you are a size S judging from your height and weight. To get the best fit though you should consult the size guide which has measurements for bust, waist and hips that will be more accurate. Hope this helps. :)

**Q: What is the length of this dress?**
A: It sits right above the knees, not too short, not too long, so that you can see the bows on the thigh highs

Exactly as pictured. Fit is great. It's a little cheaply made, but for the price it's exactly what I expected.

I loved that this included cute stockings! Really my only complaint - and it's not really a complaint - is that it ran bigger than expected so I returned the large and am ordering a Medium. (I usually wear a size 12 in dresses, so that almost ALWAYS means order a Large - if not larger - in costumes. But in this case a Large was too big. So it really does run quite big.) Looking forward to hopefully getting the Medium soon!
