The pen is a little confusing, at first I couldn't find the nib and thought I got a defective item. I emailed customer service and they got back to me extremely fast with a very polite and simple explanation of what my mistake was. The pen arrived just as described and the engraving is clear and precise. It's very shiny and sleek looking. I think the best plus is that I ordered it without extra ink cartrages. So it arrived with one ink cartrage but also one piston! For those who don't know, a piston is basically an empty cartrage that you can easily fill with any ink that you like. I didn't know this was included! This pen is a Christmas gift for my brother who is a banker and now, because of the piston, I can get him different colored bottles of ink for other occasions. This was a nice surprise.
