## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is that plastic or silicon?**
A: Silicon

**Q: Will these fit a seneca street lite?**
A: Look at your current wheels (which hopefully you still have) and see what number is on them. It should say on the side of one of your wheels (and hopefully it's legible on 1 of the 8 wheels that you have). Mine say 90mm. You can then look up wheels that are that size and they should work. Also, I was fairly new a while back so I would brake by dragging one of my skates. This will tear your wheels to bits fairly quickly. I suggest learning to stop by going in a circle to stop rather than using a brake or your wheels as a brake (definitely not the wheels). These wheels were decent, but they didn't last very long the way I used them. Just...be kind to them I suppose.

**Q: Do I need spacers to use for any set of bearings?**
A: Yes, you will need spacers with the bearings. There are two main sizes of bearings, so make sure you get the right size spacers.

**Q: What size bearing do these fit? Trying to replace my 80mm x 24mm wheels & org. sz of bearings are 8mm trying to fit roller derby retro500 i386**
A: These take the standard 608 bearings with most modern skates. If you have the mini-bearings of old...there are still new wheels out there for mini-bearings, but you may have to find them on other inline-skate specific sites. Good Luck.

So far so good. Will update perfiodically to comment on durability

Update August 3Wheels fell apart too quickly for the 6 or 7 times I used them. I've downgraded my review because they, like my other cheap wheels, are not durable. I would look for a harder wheel than the 78a durability.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------For the price, the wheels are fairly hard and very nice, especially for the price. Let me begin to make a short story long...I have been rollerblading most of my life. Recently, I decided to educate myself. I've always had standard rollerblades and nothing fancy. I took my rollerblades, $100 dollars, and slapped on some 100mm racing wheels with speed bearings that cost over $100 dollars by themselves. I then decided to take it a step further. I bought a pair or 110mm rollerblade speed skates that retail for around $400 dollars. At first I appreciated the 100mm wheels but here's what I learned. Whether or not you are a beginner or an expert, most likely smaller wheels are lighter and much easier and much more fun to use. I hated the 110mm speed skates and only used them once not because I'm not capable, but because I lost the simple freedom you get with smaller wheels and didn't even come close to noticing a satisfying difference in speed. In conclusion, my recommendation to anyone who may be wondering what's the best way to go, I'm not just accepting these wheels, I prefer them highly.Again, updates will come regarding their durability as I said because who knows if they'll fall apart quickly. I have another set of wheels I will try if these fail quicker than I'd like. Make sure you replace bearings that have been misused or overused or the wheels don't matter. As of now, 5 stars and perfect recommendation to anyone especially for the price. They are simple and useful without any further need for experimenting.

They are a bit smaller diameter than the original wheels but work fine up front

*by B***2 on Reviewed in the United States on January 8, 2015*

I got these to replace the wheels on two plasma cars as the original ones were just hard plastic and had no traction on our wood floor. They are a bit smaller diameter than the original wheels but work fine up front. At the rear they are a little too wide. I was able to get them in but to do it right the axial carriers need the inside portion that is closest to the wheel sanded down and a washer added to keep the wheel turning free. These wheels pick up sand and dirt from the floor but it wipes right off unlike the plastic wheels.

    Skate On Dude!

So far so good. Wheels appear to be well-made and have performed decently first couple of times out. Bought at the end of the season before the weather turned. So...I'll have to wait and see how they hold up from a durability standpoint. I expect that if they clock in at the 78a durometer, they will be soft enough to be comfortable, but hard enough to last for many-many miles. My last set of 78a's lasted more than 5 years on various surfaces including roadway asphault. bottom-line they seem to be a solid buy. 5-stars earned (so far).
