Review: Great energy on the go - I am a sugar addict and therefore a chocolate addict but what my body needs is this! It gives me energy and does curb my craving. I like to nibble on it in my car and put it in tiny box with the dried cranberries. Also I transferred it to the glass jar and keep in the dark cupboard. There is a lot in the pack and some reasonably big pieces. It can be blended into smoothies and I also soak it with the chia seeds or throw into some healthy porridge. Great price and raw. I have noticed some brands are selling actually gently toasted, I wanted raw specifically. Will buy again.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do these need to be roasted first to make chocolate?**
A: They have already been roasted before cracking into nibs, you can’t actually create nibs without roasting the whole beans first otherwise the bits would look like broken green peas. 
I make chocolate by putting nibs in a wet grinder with a little melted cocoa butter, grinding for a few hours (lid off) then adding other ingredients and continue to refine for about 24 hours. This is how most craft chocolate (small scale) is made.

**Q: Can I melt them in microwave with butter?**
A: Hi..I guess that's possible but perhaps rather than microwave your food try using a bain marie..1 small container placed in a pot of warm water on a stove to melt it..at least you can achieve the desirable heat you need..Thanks

**Q: Are these nibs roasted or heated in any way ? What is the heating roasting method used ?**
A: Packet states they are raw

**Q: It says 100% pure, organic and non-gmo. sent with love in resealable superfoodies bags to lock in the freshness but i did not get that!!anyone got tha**
A: No, I cut off a corner and use a Klippit, those things never seem to work for very long anyway
