It's quite fulfilling too. But do remember to stay hydrated ! On the whole this is a great Indian product giving tough competition to international brands. However there are only 26 servings per pack and it's slightly lesser than 1kg. They have 1kg packs in unflavoured protein but other brands like nakpro and my fit fuel are offering flavoured ones with similar amino acid profiles for the same price so I've decided to try one of those for comparison. Also, the quality of the zip lock could have been better. It doesn't close properly so I had to find a separate air tight box to store it. If Xlr8 would look into these minor issues and actually fixed them, I'll continue using this forever ! Note : No matter what protein supplement you use, results will be seen only with proper diet and exercise. If you do not workout, then there's no need for the extra protein so your body simply lets it go. Atleast that's what my understanding is but please do your own research before using any supplements.
