After doing research on this and finding that this particular oil helps fight bacteria and is supposed to reduce anxiety. During this COVID-19 pandemic, why not try it right. I put 3 drops in my kids humidifiers and run them all night. Their room smells way nicer and almost earthy and organic like. Very refreshing. My kids have also seemed to be more in tune with theirselves if that makes any sense. They wake up feeling well rested and ready for the day which is great especially with all this home schooling going on right now.I've been using it in a different way. Normally I have over oily hair and after 1 day of not washing, you can clearly tell it hasn't been washed. I've been putting 2-3 drops directly onto my root area while my hair is still wet after a shower and kind of massaging it in and then i'd blow dry it. So far, my hair has become shinier and softer. The oily hair problem is seeming to space out. Like it doesn't appear oily right when I wake up but more around lunch time before I have to wash my hair so that is definitely an improvement.I'm not sure how it will effect my dogs yet so I keep them out of the rooms. I've heard some dogs have reactions to essential oils.Overall, I'm pleased with this and I will be trying it out in my room as well once I get another humidifier. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars *by J***7 on September 16, 2016* Hopefully you will receive this review since it appears you didn't get the last 3 or 4 I've already sent! My opinion of this oil hasn't changed since the last reviews. I love it! It has a heavenly smell. I love this serum mixed with a carrier and Myrrh and Frankencense as a facial serum. It is also nice for my neck, arms and hands. It's not greasy at all...my skin just soaks it in. This oil is also a winner all by itself. I have 3 of your other products and plan to purchase your Grapefruit Oil and your 3 piece antiaging serums. I have signed up to receive information from you concerning uses, discount codes for future purchases, e.t.c. To date I haven't received any correspondence. I would really appreciate whatever discount codes you may have to offer. I used one code when I signed up that was supposed to be $3.00 for my Jasmine Oil but was only credited $2.00 at checkout. I would also be interested in any recipes you might be able to provide. Without a doubt this Indian Sandalwood is my favorite although your Rosehip Oil is a close second! Quite expensive. *by G***A on December 7, 2020* I liked the smell of sandalwood so I purchased it with other SVA essentials oils of 4 oz package, overlooking the fact that in the similar price range of the 4 oz oils, it was clearly stated on the description that the price was for only 1 oz.That is an expensive lesson, and I probably won't order from SVA again on sandalwood oil.The first order never arrives. SVA was nice enough to send me a second order free of charge but upon opening it I realize my mistake.I like SVA's other essential oils such as pine needles, fir needles, and rosemary, so I won't be returning this. However, I find this sandalwood to be smell-less. Since I have very sensitive olfatory sense and have been using essential oil for a while I cannot tell what kind of odorless oil was packaged into the sandalwood glass bottle. Other reviews raves at this oil, so I'm sure what I received was just a bad mistake.
