It's been keeping my bike dry during the fall and winter months no problem. Good cover, company and price. Go for it. **Q: Will this cover a 06 harley sportster 1200xl custom with tall sissy bar?** A: I would measure the top of the sissy bar to the ground. I have an 07 VStar Classic w/passenger seat - mid-back sissybar. The cover touches the ground with about an inch extra all around. I have a windshield too. Not sure how high your handle bars are, but the cover could be turned around since it is longer in the front.
