I am 5’ 135lbs I really like it. Haven’t had a heavy rain so I can’t say about the waterproof yet. We had a light rain and it was good. I like the roominess as I can put a warmer jacket or sweatshirt underneath. It was windy and cold and it really kept me warm with just a sweatshirt under it. The length is nice because it will keep your legs warm and dry. The hood is a little big but it has the cinch straps to tighten it and I folded it over. The material is a nice cloth feel, doesn’t feel like paper or cheap. I wore it with the zipper opened and it looks like a very nice rain jacket.
