I swear by this soap and so does my daughter. If you have a pimple, get a wet q-tip and put enough of the soap on it to almost make a paste. Rub it on the pimple and leave overnight. Works for me. I have very sensitive skin and this soap and the Oatmeal facial soap cleanse my face deep enough without over drying it. I do not break out like I use to and if I feel one coming (usually during that time of the month) I am able to stop it from appearing. I started using this soap at the end of March and have noticed such a huge difference in my breakouts and dark spots.
