It is similar to Bengay *by A***H on February 25, 2018* I bought this because I was having lower back muscle aches, and I really like it. It is similar to Bengay, but I did not find one to be better than another. The smell of this lotion reminds me of Salonpas, so just be aware of that if you're wearing this out in public. I like that it creates a warm, tingling sensation for a really long time, and it really does help with my muscle aches. Though, it can get messy because it is a lotion, and without the help of someone else, it is difficult to get an even coat on your area of aching.
