DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TAT.

**Q: Does it come with the shelving in the picture?**
A: No. Very basic. Had to buy own roof felt also. Floor very weak so also had to buy flooring to strengthen it.

**Q: Do you do a 9 feet by 9 feet**
A: Yes

**Q: Is instalation available**
A: No it isn’t. It didn’t even come with felt for the roof.

**Q: Are there any instructions with it?**
A: I refused delivery on mine as the timber was in a very poor condition due to water damage. I do recall that though instructions were provided they were totally unreadable due to the water damage. To be fair to the provider they reimbursed me in full promptly. Maybe I was just unlucky. I then got a local company to supply and erect a similar summerhouse for about the same cost.

I am very angry and upset with this product, i have spent just over £1500 for what is meant to be a summer house which is smaller than a shed. I have had better quality with a shed than this product. Firstly when the product was delivered i was not notified it was just left on my drive. The items got soaked and damaged in the rain with no packaging to protect the wood please view image attached. There was no instructions given. It was not easily assembled. It is not sturdy. Everything in the description is a complete lie of the product.
