It was scheduled for delivery between December 31 - January 5. To date, the item has not arrived. Tracking the order today I learned it may be delivered by January 11 and if not, I am eligible for a refund. This is the first time an order has missed the delivery date I'm guessing due to their employees going on strike. Hope to receive the item soon.I have the same brace which I purchased from the hand surgeon's office. I am rating the brace at 5 stars. It is comfortable to wear and does provide the support my arthritic thumb needs.
