We have been baking bread as much as possible and wanted a proofing basket to go the Artisanal route. I love this product so much! It is made in Houston, Texas and as a Texan it was important to support local. It has a perfect weight and holds up AMAZING. We chose to dust with rice flour and have had zero incidents of sticking. I am hoping I can edit my review with some photos of the finished product next time we bake. For now, I have an unboxing video I took when first purchasing. Please excuse the background sound.
