This item is listed to replace oem regulator in 7.4 vortec 454. Fits, but Does not allow for correct fuel pressure. These 454’s need 60 psi this regulator is set to allow 45-50psi. Engine will run ok, but on hills or towing you’ll notice the difference. This will be the second one I’m installing with exactly the same results to find out from forums the correct part.
