Easy to install, and the height of the Ultra Swivel rollers easily protects the electrical plug receptacle on the hitch bar for the tow vehicle. I have had two of these electrical receptacles destroyed last year due to the rear of our motor home bottoming out when leaving parking lots or driveways. This is an expensive repair and I believe the swivel rollers will easily eliminate this repair in the future and protect the electrical plug on the motorhome and from the tow vehicle. Also, I was impressed by the two grease fittings on each Swivel and the quality of the product.

After installing the product, I backed up the motorhome and the first wheel separated from the inner bearings. Within seconds, the second one also failed. Would NOT recommend this particular deign and manufactured product to anyone. We have a low hanging tow hitch and sewer pipe storage on our Class B RV. These wheels saved us from scraping those. It makes us a little bit lower in back than if they weren’t there but we just did a cross-country trip and we have no damage. So they are well worth it. You can’t just drive wild or you may rip them off. But if you take it easy on the steeper inclines (mostly curbs going in and out of gas stations and shopping centers) they work as advertised.

Arrived quickly and on time. The instructions stated to install a spacer plate on both sides of the 2 1/2 inch box but the bolt were too short to even start threading the nut on. I just used one spacer and tightened the nuts. Seems to be working well. I will need to watch for duribilty issues but it works well for what I needed so far.

We now have the ability to enter my daughters step driveway; I installed 4 rollers on my 39' Fleetwood Discovery. The install was quick and easy. The manufacturing company recommended to roll slowly over high spots, so that skids could do there job. These skids are solidly constructed.

Wheels are solid. Used as a bumper skid on a 24’ trailer. 1 of them held up like a champ, the other had a weird failure— the entire metal strip between the axis and border disintegrated and fell off, leaving just the center axle and the outer nylon.Contacted Ultra-Fab and they replaced immediately. Great service. Solid product.

These things won't last very long maybe a year. However compared to the alternatives they're pretty inexpensive. I am on my second set. They are kind of a pain to install. My local RV repair guy quoted me over $400 for lifetime casters that he would weld on.
