Finally, something I can use.Just received this set today. I used them immediately. I took photos to show what happened. Don’t laugh, I am new at this. I have purchased many individual gadgets for the different uses shown below. None of the gadgets worked. In the trash they went. I would not buy a “machine” because they all get lousy reviews. I took a chance on this set. More practice is needed, but I can already tell that each will work great. Below is what each “color" does. All are very sharp. They also swivel to prevent getting cut too badly when using on harder items such as carrots. Also, I alternated the peeling inward (toward myself) and outward (away).BLUE is the regular peeler. You can vary pressure as to how deep a shaving you want.RED is a flat slicer. This one needs practice. I showed two different photos. One for hard (carrot) one for soft (cheese). I used a small carrot so it does not look very wide. If you have a large carrot or potato, the slices will be wider.YELLOW is for julienning (thin strips). The deeper the pressure, the thicker the strips. One of the photos shows the skinny center of the carrot which I was able to use. No waste.UPDATE:Butternut Squash. Only one swipe at a time! Happy.UPDATE #2Purchased another set for my sister. Much cheaper now. Still using my set. Maintained sharpness.

I like the products and they've worked well the little bit I've used them so far, but the one pictured (it's the blue handled one) has already split/cracked on the blade after using it on cucumbers just a couple times. Says the item isn't eligible for a return so I'm disappointed. My oldest peelers have never even cracked like that.

Best peelers I have owned! Sharp blades! Well made didn't cut up my fingers and hand. Easy to use. The handles are a great size and create a perfect grip. Baked peached and used the orange serrated peeler to take off the skins and it worked like a charm! Highly recommend! I cook everyday and these peelers are wonderful tools!

They're sharp enough to do their job, and haven't dulled on me yet! I also really like having the different blades, without having to individually switch them out (and risk losing them).Also, the design makes it really easy to peel "accurately". I've yet to peel my fingers, which was a common unfortunate occurance with previous peelers!

Wow! These peelers are sharp! Plus, they are easy to hold and use. I don't have to worry about my hand tiring before I am finished peeling my potatoes or whatever. I used the serrated edged one to make some hash browns. I think it was faster than using a box shredder, too. Recommend them for your kitchen use, too!

These peelers were inexpensive and I really like them. The grips are shaped oddly but fit my hand beautifully. Who knew? The serrated edge peeler allows one to easily peel soft, thin skinned fruit like pears. I was suitably impressed.

Love, love, love these peelers!i have nothing negative to say about them! Bought them so my daughter would stop complaining about the peeler I had. She makes a lot of sweet potatoes and wanted a good peeler. She loves this one and says it does a great job on the potatoes. I am also very happy with the jullian peeler for the carrots I use everyday in my salad. I have not used the fruit peeler yet, but I’m sure it’s as good as the others. I probably will get another set for when I’m peeling veggies with my daughter. Get these they are great!

I've been hanging onto my old metal peeler forever, not replacing it because it "still worked". I didn't know how BADLY it worked until I used these GREAT peelers! Peels SO easily, easy cleanup, good grips, PERFECT. Should have bought these 20 years ago.
