It dawned on me that maybe I needed to alkalize to get rid of the arthritis so I went on youtube and found a link by Dan MacDonald called "RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS? MELT IT AWAY WITH FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES!" This changed my life. I started eating lots of watermelon, grapes and fresh cherries on the evening of July 3rd and on July 4th, it was all gone in my left knee. There was a measure of arthritis still there in my right knee, I would say 15% and I continued with incorporating lots of the same. Well, the following week, I began craving guacamole like crazy so I made a big batch for lunch and a big batch for dinner and I had them with Xochitl Corn Chips No Salt chips. The next day my right leg was 100% arthritis free. I still make lots of home made guacamole and I still don't need crutches anymore because of arthritis and I enjoy shopping without the scooter cart at Wal-mart and other grocery stores. What Mr. MacDonald says in his video on youtube is that there are acid crystals built up in our knees and joints that causes the glass-like crystals to cause us pain. He suggests doing all fruits and vegetables but I wasn't raised that way, however, less is more, so I eat more of the good stuff and less of the stuff that got me into this situation anyway. Last, another good thing I learned is to use gray Celtic salt instead of regular salt which was also ruining my life. A few months of that and I don't feel like I'm having heart disease anymore. The products by the doctor is very good, however, it is too expensive. Celtic Salt and Himalayan salt have 70-84 nutrients and minerals. If you can't tolerate that, try kelp - it also has a salty taste and get your life back. As for autism and my son, I watched a video on youtube by the drugless doctors who are chiropractors. Nothing just happens.... God bless Review: Helped Me Through A Severe Period of Long Term Stress, Also Good for Hangovers! - I bought this for some struggles in the winter with tons of stress. I have taken supplements for years, but really needed some help through this difficult time. I am so glad I did, but have to say that I found a better way to take it than what is recommended on the jar. When taking this two scoops at a time, I gagged and could not drink it. It is AWFUL. Kind of like breathing in crushed Sweet Tarts! Instead, I put a half of a scoop (or less) of this in the Rubbermaid shaker container (plastic with a ball inside to mix up drinks) which holds like 16 oz or more and put in a bit of Vitamin C powder from Maximum Living and cold water and drink it through the morning. I find that my energy level is much more even and that it does help me through severely stressful times. Half a scoop is more than enough a day for me too. I can always take another half if I want, and still not be overdoing it. The flavor is peachy and delicious. I usually can not stand stevia, but this is not bad at all. No terrible aftertaste. A word of caution- if you happen to notice, urine will come out a neon lemon yellow as it often does when taking any Vitamin B product, that is normal, nothing unusual. Also, it is wonderful to counteract exhaustion, hangover, or even caffeine crash- again lighter doses with a lot of water. The price is a bit too high, in my opinion, but I find at the lower doses I take it works much better for me and makes it last longer too. Well worth having this in the house when I need a boost. I don't take this every single day but skip a day or two here as I do with all supplements.
