Can she be transferred from bed to wheelchair using this? Can this be used with a Hoyer lift?** A: To clarify, while the Comfort Carrier was designed for manual transfers when permanent lift equipment is not available, the Comfort Carrier CAN be used with a Hoyer-type lift when one is available by adding optional 18" nylon loop straps of the type used in rock climbing. I have done this myself when traveling. These straps are looped through the handle by the knee and shoulder and can then be hooked over the hooks of a hoyer-type or ceiling lift. **Q: Do you have these with small imperfections? Pethaps the price could come down. ;-) its very cool but expensive for most di9sabled people like me.** A: Thank you for your question and interest. I'm sorry we do not have any units with imperfections. All units must pass a rigorous quality inspection test before being packaged for a customer. We have only had 1 Comfort Carrier returned in 10 years that was from a woman who ended up walking out of the hospital and consequently very legitimately not needing it. Once a while someone decides they prefer another size which case we have done a few exchanges. What's the difference in size between the small and medium?** A: The difference between small & medium is 1" in length. The small is great for children and adults 5' 6" and smaller.
