However, the two we have ordered both came with a missing tiny tightening screw. I called Kohler and they immediately made good. Excellent customer service, hence, the five stars. I would definitely buy this grab bar again but I wish quality control would check the parts before sending it out. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sleeker than most *by C***S on August 22, 2012* Wanted to add a grab bar in our newly built shower, but didn't want it to look like the clunky bars you see in commercial restrooms and hospitals. This one fit the bill nicely. It is sleek and modern -- looks like a towel bar, actually -- but ADA rated for strength and safety when properly installed into wall blocking. This is nominally "stainless steel" and all the other fixtures in the room are polished chrome, but it is smooth and shiny and fits in just fine.
