Fantastic awning at a great price.
We had this awning up during a really wet and windy couple of days and although a couple of ground pegs came out, the awning withstood the weather without a problem. In my opinion itโs a great awning which is well made and is just what we needed and we have no issues at all with this product.

Perished
My tourer was sited and awning up but it Perished after 4 months went to move the van to a new spot on site and the material just started to rip in my hands I could push my finger through it it had degraded that much... Avoid!!

Great product but please don't assume that it will fit your Bailey's caravan.
This item wouldn't fit our Bailey Phoenix 640 even though Bailey's make it? It arrived on time but, it was the wrong colour that was ordered. Fully refunded now so all I would recommend is that you check the height of your caravan to make sure it's well within the max height described.

Not bad for the price
The picture is not accurate, first it is navy blue not the bright blue that is shown, also the window panels are each end are only narrow and not wide as is in the picture. Overall it is not a bad awning, it is a bit fiddly with the back corner poles - they kept coming out of the little pocket that secures them - and the zips don't seem to lock when you close them, they kept opening up, we put a peg in at night to hold it down. One bonus was the extra poles to make one of the front panels into a canopy, all three panels unzip so if you bought extra door poles you could have it completely open at the front. The pegs are only thin so I would recommend you get some extra ones, we used our main awning pegs. For the price I think it is good awning but it probably won't stand up to really bad weather, but ideal for short breaks.
