I looked this printer up on the Epson website and saw that it is a general, all-purpose machine that does everything (and which got mixed reviews). Given that it uses a 4-color drop-on-demand MicroPiezo inkjet technology, I don't see why this paper would not work with this printer (since the paper does very well with the MicroPiezo technology, although I would wonder that with just 4 colors, whether the photographic quality would be as high as that of a printer that has 6 ink colors. I would suggest that you call Epson and ask them about this. One other thing, Epson ultra premium photo paper glossy is listed under the list of paper types for the wf-2540. Your best best is just to try it. One last thing I want to point out, (and this is strictly my opinion as someone who tries to save money!), this paper is very high quality and you only need it for really special prints that you are thinking about matting and framing.
