**Q: Who does it say "free shipping", when shopping is really $15????? That's crap!!**
A: I do apologize that you feel that you have been misled, but we are not offering free shipping at this time.  Perhaps you saw that offer from a different vendor?  There are many sellers of Reisport grips on Amazon.

**Q: can you use a wire brush and water?**
A: Yes! However using water sparingly and making sure to add plenty of chalk whenever water is used will help preserve them better. Also good to minimize wire brush use and especially when they’re wet as this will wear them away and thin out more quickly 😊

**Q: Has anyone ever used these grips for a CrossFit workout?**
A: Yes they can be used for thr bar workouts in crossfit.

**Q: Size 1 - Is this a small????**
A: Hello,
These grips are not sized Small- Large. The smallest size is a 00 and the measurments for that grip are up to 5 1/2 inches.
Age and height do not matter, what matters is the measurment of your child's hand. Please measure their hand for the bottom of the palm up to the tip of their middle finger.
That is how you will find the correct size. If your child measures a 6" for example, you would want to go with the size that is up to 6".
Grips will stretch and if they are too big they can cause grip lock on the bars which is very dangerous.
