If they had put more effort into this is would have been a really, really cool map. The design itself is not the problem. But there are parks we have been to that aren't even listed on this map. And because it's not great quality it looks like more of a children's decoration than anything else. I hung it above my children's computer because there wasn't anything else hanging there. I bought it with the intent of giving it away as a gift but I'm going to keep it. For me it is a nice reminder of the vast and varied beauty of this country and how much I adore a good road trip. Ever since I watched the Ken Burns documentary on The National Parks I have wanted to visit every one. I have many pins to go and this map helps remind me that these experiences in life are priceless.
