**Q: How dowa it keep the Epi pens cool?**
A: This product doesn't come with the cooling pads like other products, but I've never had any issues with temperature with my epi pens in it since I got mine

A: Hiya it has a single zip which opens up to space for 2 epipens , it also has an area for the instruction leaflet and any tablets etc .... it’s a nice compact case 👍

A: It will only fit one epi-pen.

**Q: Would the inside zip compartment fit a credit card?**
A: No it will not fit a credit card - we have just checked.
