I didn't want to go with the Dummies series, too obvious? I though this was going to be one step up. To my surprise, this was actually a good read. It has also enabled me to tell the Board Bully to shut her face. Ok, maybe not, but I want to! Seriously though, this book will give you the basics, which is all you really will need in 99% of meeting situations.
