I didn't really notice a difference with this..definitely not worth the money. But hey I was curious if it'd work for me, but it didn't. These will only sell probably for first time buyers to see if it'll work for them

I have used and reviewed lots of Nootropics currently on the market. Brain health and maximum performance is a passion of mine.I had read good things about Smart X so I decided to try it. When you take an Orange dyed pill out of the bottle, should have been the first sign this twasn't he best quality. I had lap tests done, and this essentially has small amounts of lots of ingredients that are supposed to be good for the brain, but what people don't realize is without the proper dosage, they are in effective. Also, there is a MASSIVE amount of Caffeine in this. Companies, even with FDA, are not required to disclose all the contents now.I am not a caffeine user / addict, and the reasons being are because long term effects are bad on your health, your nerves, and your adrenals. It's a stimulant, and if you stop any stimulant once your body has adjusted, you go into severe withdrawal and suffer harsh negative effects.I took 1 Smart X pill the first day. Noticed a small bit of alertness (from the caffeine spike) but not much of an increase in focus or concentration. Second day I did two pills. The next 3 days were a disaster. I had a pulsing energy that was unfocused, I got severe headaches, and on the 3rd day, I didn't take any and I had migraine for 24 hours. My sleep schedule was thrown off. It reccomend taking a second in the late afternoon. But 50% of any caffeine dose stays in your system for 12 hours.I called customer service for a 100% full refund as advertised. Not only is the number on their site no longer accurate, but they don't have an active customer service number. Unheard of for these products. Their email support is very slow and after days and days they responded. They told me to ship it to them and they would not refund the shipping.And they did not respond to my second email.Horrible product. Horrible customer service. You're better off ordering herbal combinations from Nature's Sunshine or other quality herb sources and make your own concoction.

It has help me concentrate and memorize a bit more of information. It's helpful when you have a final or any big exam.
