Initinally there was an incorrect item shipped, but Pori was very prompt and helpful in offering me several alternatives. I choose to send the one sent back and replace it with the one I ordered. This was the most disappointed I have ever been with purchasing anything from Amazon. This product start to turn black and tarnished within a week of purchasing it. This was extremely embarrassing because I purchased this as a gift for my girlfriend for her birthday. She loves rose gold and it’s difficult to find a rose gold locket. I rather have just not bought it at all. I’m not sure this is real gold at all. It’s almost impossible for it to be real and react the way it did so quickly. If you are reading this and are on the fence. Take this advice and save your money.....seriously
