It recommends 15mils to 200 mils of milk (of your choice). But that was only half a mug & quite strong ( still lovely) so I heated more milk, frothed it & added that to existing drink. For me then, it was perfect. So now use 250 mils. This drink makes a pleasant change to tea & coffee.
