My dish has a short "lip" on both ends that are helpful, but not wide enough that I would call them handles. I'm just really glad that I can use my own glass baking dish. Love this oven, use it every day, and have tried all the functions. **Q: Can this be used on counter sitting under cabinetss** A: I would not locate it under a counter as it is taller than most toaster ovens. It gets HOT and you need the airspace around it.
