Although there was nothing wrong with the Crystal UHD we decided to go ahead and purchase this because it was larger and it was QLED and we already have a 55" QLED So knew what the picture quality would be like.I was very surprised at how great the picture quality was compared to my other QLED. Although as of yet there is nothing broadcast in 8K it certainly makes viewing a pleasure.It does upscale SD channels but not to 4K quality. Having said that the difference is certainly noticeable.Sound quality for built in speakers is good quality too.This TV comes with 2 remotes 1 standard and I remote with less buttons and voice control but has full functionality.It may be a 2020 model but it's worth the money still.Be aware though that unlike places like Currys or John Lewis who give a 5 year warranty this only comes with a 1 year warranty, so best take out extra warranty.Unfortunately you won't find this 65" model in many places in stock like the previous shops I mentioned and won't be getting them back in.
