For starters, there is the information on the box. "FRAGILE" Support and service: If you have received a broken glass teapot, contact us with a picture and order number within 15 days and we will send you a new one or give you a full refund. My teapot arrived with a crack in the body. I contacted support and service (before writing a comment on Amazon). They responded quite quickly (considering it was Xmass time) and after verifications asked me if I wanted a refund or a new product. I opted for a new teapot and received the replacement in a couple of days. About the product. I use it on a gas hob and it works well, it does the job. Like any sensible person you just have to be careful when handling it and remember that it will not last forever - because it is made of glass - and at some point it will break, crack or something. I think the volume is good too.
