Every once in a while I will get an under-voltage error, but a quick restart seems to fix it. The holding tank takes exactly a 2-liter bottle of soda. Don't bother with slushy mixes, just use your favorite soda as long as it has sugar in it. Sugar free drinks will not work. This has been the best summer time purchase! Everyone from my apartment stops by to get a slushy and it is a great conversation starter. Through this darn machine I have ended up creating a stronger community.

A: No

**Q: Machine is working, but after some time i got error “sls err”what should i do?**
A: I had the same issue and they recomended going to a electrician vs returning it.  Got Amazon in on the issue and got a refund and put the machine in the trash.  If you got it to work once, consider yourself lucky

**Q: Can this also be used to make soft serve ice cream?**
A: Would not recommend for soft serve ice cream. Has plastic screw for mixing temperature might not get cold enough for the dairy

I was worried about buying this because of the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised at just how well it works.
