I've got it for my Mother in law who just recently lost her Mother. She was moved to tears and loved it. At first I've noticed, the star and the knot were missing. I've contacted the seller and they immediately apologized and sent the missing bits. Can happen. People are so quick to get angry when something isn't perfect straight away, instead of reaching out and trying to resolve an issue. We're all human and we're all flawed. **Q: Can you. Please add a note to my order I have placed this morning ?**
A: They are lovely little bags to give to people just to say that you are thinking of them. 
I have bought a few of them for different people and occasions. That are nice instead of cards.

**Q: Can you get a note enclosed as posting directly to person**
A: Is it coming to you to then post? If so, yes there is room. It comes in a see-through wrapper and I then added my card and sent it all off together. It’s a very neat and compact size. If having it sent direct to the person, I think there is a gift option.

**Q: This order still not received. Why has the charge not been reimbursed?**
