When set to full power level, it is super fast, and will wheelie under acceleration! When you lower the power, its driveable for "kids" of any age. My 7 year old grandson and I race each other (I bought 2 of them), play demolition derby, have jump ramp competitions, its great at all that. The battery lasts a full 20 minutes of HARD running, even at full throttle most of the time. We smash them, bash them, run them through dirt, grass and on the street. The body is durable, and still looks good after multiple upside down slides, crashes, etc on the pavement. The only negatives and to be expected at this price range, would be the lack of steering rate adjustability, same with the shocks. Oh, and for some reason, the cotter pins that hold the body on seem to come off during high speed, demolition derby style, impacts, who knew?
