I think it just took a few days for my body to adapt so I'm back to a 5 star rating! I will definitely be taking these for the duration of my pregnancy :) 03/2020 Although these vitamins are large, and some people have a hard time with them, that luckily has not been the case for me. I placed my first order for a one month supply in January and received the vitamins that are pictured above with the dark DHA capsule. I just reordered last week, and this time I got the clear, smaller DHA capsule. I was concerned I received the incorrect vitamins, but after some digging I've found this is the newer formula and the dark ones were older. When I was taking the darker DHA, I had no stomach upset or nausea. Since taking the clear DHA, I've had nausea throughout the day. I'm going to give it a few more days and see if my stomach tolerates them better as time goes on, but if not I'll have to find something else which is disappointing, because I've really enjoyed this brand and had no issues up until now!
