It's soft and fuzzy so you can almost cuddle up with it like a stuffed animal if you're so inclined. I was very confused on how to fill the bottle, as the directions say not to heat the bottle and not to put boiled water in it... I ended up using an electric water kettle and using water that's almost at a rolling boil then pouring into the bottle. If for some reason it damages the bottle I'll replace it later but it's so worth it to have. It's also great to use when you are freezing but don't want to warm up your room.
