Review: INSTANT RELIEF - One of those things where you think you don't need it until you have it. This is for those who feel tightness on their neck, shoulders, upper-lower back. What I like about this is that you can almost place it on the location where you feel muscle tension. The heat takes a couple minutes before you actually start to feel it but it is very nice. I use it before bed for about 15-30 minutes and I go to sleep like a baby. And I've noticed an improvement in my posture. I always see pictures of myself unintentionally hunched but once I used this to massage those muscles out, the tension has been gone and the hunch is gone!

A: For me, I like the arm sleeves because the handheld massages are bulky and heavy and my arm always became sore moving it up and down my back.  With the arm sleeves you can 'shimmy' the massage up and down your back more easily and i'm not stretching my arms into an uncomfortable position.

Oh my goodness. I have needed this for so long. I work in an office on a computer. I've had knots and pain in my shoulders and upper back for the longest time. This massager is so easy to use and is so effective. It releases the knots and makes my muscles more supple. The heat is very comforting. You can use this anywhere you have knots and pain. I am very happy with this product and recommend it.
