I’m always cooking for groups of 10-25 and I have a really serious reputation for my fried chicken among other things. Doing batches of 4 pieces at a time for 50 pieces in a wok on the stove got really old and really messy. This deep fryer is lighter weight than I anticipated, but it’s amazing. Oil temp isn’t exactly what the dial says but it gets plenty high for chicken (which is about the highest temp you generally fry anything at) and I can do 12-14 pieces at a time in it. It also stays fairly consistent which is amazing. The ability to hang the baskets at different heights is great. All stainless makes easy cleaning.
