Fortunately, I did read the information printed on Amazon that suggests you towel-dry your hair before using this conditioner. I didn't think towel-drying would make a difference but removing most of the moisture from my hair before applying this product was remarkable. Without the excess moisture, the conditioner really coated the hair and left it feeling soft and sleek.This is a huge bottle of conditioner and will go a very long way -- especially if you towel-dry before applying as you won't need as much. A very nice bonus -- several samples of the company's other products were included in the packaging.
