Also, it doesn't feel heavy in my stomach after drinking it. Because of this, I have not only taken powder after workouts, but in advance of long training runs where I need protein, but can't afford to have difficulties with digestion that could lead to cramps or other stomach issues. The packaging is also great - fits easily in my gym bag, so I never forget my protein at home.
