The adjustable strap is a nice feature but it took some trial and error to figure out the right fit. Even then, they still leave rings around the baby's eyes, especially on the bottom. The strap is also a bit too wide where the ears are, making the ears fold over. She also seemed to squint and shut her eyes when it was very bright out, so they only protect from so much sunlight. She looks super adorable with them on. I took a picture of them on her when she first woke up (I didn't receive them until night time.) She did wear them while awake without trying to rip them off, but when she woke up from her nap, she did rip them off. They also don't work so well with her ear type, they kind of make her ears fold and do not fit well behind her ears.
