**Q: Can I purchase additional watercolor paper 5"x8" included in Pandafly 48 color kit I purchased on 10/18/20?**
A: This product is sold as a package. I'm sorry that we can't sell watercolor paper separately.

**Q: What is the use of sponge**
A: To clean your brush or shade the picrure.

**Q: Im new to painting with watercolors. Is there a use for the sponge that came in the tin with the paints and brush?**
A: I use it to clean my water brush, dab paint to soften the look and sometimes wet my paper.

Wow! Everything about this set is extremely impressive.*1. All parts fit neatly within a strong, sturdy cardboard box with a magnetized closure.*2. A box containing 16 pieces of watercolor paper. Initially, I thought it looked cheap, however, I was very surprised that it stood up to many layers of paint without distress - no lint, no deterioration. It really was a rather good grade.*3. The paints come in a black rectangular metal box, the lid fully removes; there is a wooen handle brush, a water well, & sponge as well as 48 of the most beautiful, VIBRANT colors that are as impressive on paper as they are on the palette. I am thrilled!*4. Lastly, there is a long narrow box with 3 water filled brushes of varied sizes & a very good sketching pencil.So all I can say is, wow, Wow, WOW!A GREAT PRODUCT!AN EXCEPTIONAL DEAL!The price is out of this world!Good for Anyone, Even Serious Students & Even Artists. (I am one)Note:In school, usually you have old, crappy materials to work with, & People fear making Art---what people will think?! Forget it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent for beginners

This was a great introductory watercolor kit for a beginner like myself. The water brushes hold up to heavy use quite well. The paint brush is of surprisingly good quality, too. The paper that comes with the kit is okay, it’s definitely good for practice. Be sure to let it dry completely, otherwise the colors get muddy and the paper starts to deteriorate. The watercolor paints themselves are, overall, a good quality. Some of the colors are a bit easier to work with than others, some spread the pigments better than others, but once you know how each color likes to be worked then you’re good to go! I’ve bought some higher quality “professional” grade paints after practicing with these and I often find myself dipping back into these paints instead of using the professional paints. 100% recommend!Oh, and I’ve found that a great way to clean the water brushes is to add a couple drops of micellar water to some clean water used to fill the brushes. Then shake the brush to mix it. Use a clean cloth or paper towels, squeeze some water out of the brush while moving the brush back and forth across the cloth until the brush is empty and pretty clean. Then fill the brush with clean water and redo the cleaning process. It works great for me with the water brushes, especially because they are 100% synthetic/plastic.

This paint rivals the quality of paints costing many times more than the ridiculously low $10.00 cost.Very high pigment load, not at all chalky. Colors are intense, bright and high-spirited.The paint dissolves onto the wet brush so very easily, and the pigment moves across the wet paper the way it should.There are several warm and cool primary and secondary colors, so, if you aren't into mixing your own shades, this set has plenty of color choices, including a couple of very nice botanical greens.However, there are plenty of yellows and blues, including what appears to be quinacridone gold, so you can mix any number of greens if you want.I definitely recommend this kit and probably will purchase again.This paint genuinely outshines all others in its price class, for sure.
