Very easy to set up and use. I bought 2 to use alongside my gas bbq but once this bbq was filled up with charcoals they worked amazingly . I did a large event and needed to cook for 150 guests I only used the gas bbq to keep the cooked food warm for serving. They were both in use from 1pm till 1030pm without any issues. So I bought another this year as a standby. I had no problem removing the blue protective plastic off the one I bought last year but getting it off this year has been a nightmare. It has been welded into the fold around the rim of the tray and is impossible to remove without burning it off.
