Definitely has some heat to it but not light your mouth on fire hot. Very good flavor, thick noodles and it is at a really good price. I like my ramen kind of soupy so I add extra water. I add 3 cups of water, ramen and both spice packs to a microwave safe bowl, microwave for exactly seven minutes, perfection! Give it a shot and come back and give me a helpful thumbs up! If you like less juice, try 2 cups of water and go from there. Only ramen, so far, that I have found better is Nongshim Shin Black Spicy Beef Bone Broth and Nongshim Shin Gold Spicy Chicken Broth. I cook these the same exact way as the method above. Both are amazing and come in at around $2.00 a pack versus around $1.27 for Jin.
